Frequently Asked Questions CANDLE INFORMATION ¿ All candles are hand-mixed and hand-poured just for you at the time you order. Candles take 10 to 14 days to fully cure and have maximum scent throw. Your candles will ship 10 days following your order and will be ready to burn upon receipt. ¿ THE WAX o Our 100% Soy Wax Candles are made with soy wax from American soybean growers. The soy wax we use is natural, kosher, and biodegradable. Soy wax candles hold their fragrance better, and burn longer, cooler, and cleaner than traditional paraffin (petroleum based) wax candles. Did you know that soy wax can be easily cleaned up with soap and water? We did. That's just another reason we choose to use 100% soy wax! ¿ THE WICKS o The wicks in our 100% Soy Wax Candles are cotton with a hemp core. Hemp-cored wicks provide a hotter, cleaner burn than standard wicks, allowing for a more even melt. Our wicks are lead- and zinc-free. Our combination of 100% soy wax and natural fiber wicks will give you approximately 80 to 100 enjoyable and smoke/soot-free hours with your favorite Fragrant Lotus scents ¿ THE SCENTS o Your candle will be scented with skin-safe and phthalate-free fragrance oil. ¿ THE COLORS o Highly concentrated, eco-friendly dye blocks o No hazardous solvents or additives such as naphtha or naphthalene o No ingredients are on the California Prop 65 list of cancer causing ingredients o Never tested on animals ¿ THE CONTAINERS o Our candles are currently available in: ¿ 16 ounce round glass jar w/black lid o The jars are re-usable/recyclable once you've finished your candle. o Wash out with soap and hot water to remove excess wax. These containers (not lids) are dishwasher safe, just be sure to remove the leftover wax and labels first.AIR FRESHENER INFORMATION ¿ All SCENT to GO space refreshers are created just for you at the time you order.
